GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

The present general conditions have as their object the purchase of products or services carried out remotely via the Internet on the site www.logosmilano.com belonging to Logos S.A.S. of Valeria Sina & C. with registered office in Via A Maffi, 112/C3, 20099, Sesto San Giovanni (MI), VAT number: 07594950961.

 

Please read carefully these terms of sale as with the purchase order are deemed to be accepted in full and without reservation.

 

Logos s.a.s. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time and without giving prior notice.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

The contract stipulated between Logosmilano.com and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Logosmilano.com. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any manner to the customer.

 

By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to accept the general terms and conditions of payment.
If the customer is a consumer (ie a physical person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, he or she will print or save an electronic copy or otherwise keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 on distance sales.

 

Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance or evasion, even partial, of an order.

PURCHASE METHOD

 

  • The correct reception of the order is confirmed by Logosmilano.com by sending an email to the email address supplied by the customer, containing all the details of the items ordered (number of pieces, code, size and color and any non-availability in stock) and the identification number to be used in case of requests to Customer Service. The customer undertakes to verify the correctness of such data and to promptly communicate any corrections.

 

  • Some items may not be immediately available in stock at the time of ordering. Logosmilano.com will send to the customer an email confirmation of taking charge of the order in which will indicate the availability of goods and any timing of delivery times. Following this email the customer can proceed with payment (in case of payment by bank transfer) or decide to cancel the order. In this case, in case of payment already made (via PayPal), the transaction will be blocked and the amount of the payment will be credited back to the customer’s account.

 

  • In case of non-acceptance (total or partial) of the order by Logosmilano.com, timely communication will be given to the customer through the contacts provided by him  or her during registration to the site.

 

  • The methods of payment accepted are: by credit card through PayPal or by an advanced bank transfer (in case of international bank transfers Logosmilano.com reserves the right not to accept the bank transfer or to charge the client for any additional handling fees).

 

  • The invoice can be requested by filling in the VAT number field in the billing address. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering shall prevail. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.

 

  • Logosmilano.com gives no warranty of any kind about the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the information of the products and in general of the content of the site. The product descriptions and the various images of the same are purely indicative and may contain inadvertent errors.

SHIPMENTS

 

  • The purchase on Logosmilano.com is confirmed by sending an email. The email will contain the reference identification number to be used in case of requests to the customer service and all the details of the items purchased (number of pieces, code, size and colour), availability of products and estimate of delivery times.
  • The shipment is subsequently confirmed by mail. The email will contain information on the carrier used for delivery (Poste Italiane or courier) and possibly the tracking number (tracking number) to monitor the delivery directly from the courier’s website.

 

  • Delivery is generally made within 3/5 working days from the date of sending the shipment confirmation email.

 

  • Unless otherwise indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is understood to be at street level.

 

  • In the event that the delivery is not successful, contact our Customer Service at: support@logosmilano.com.
  • It is always recommended to specify the destination address complete with house number and possible internal, if different from the one indicated at registration (“shipping address”). If the delivery is to be carried out in a commercial or company activity, it is advisable to indicate the name and “C/O COMPANYNAME”.

 

  • No responsibility can be attributed to Logos s.a.s. in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

 

  • Logos s.a.s. is not responsible for damage or theft caused during the transport of the goods. In the remote possibility that an impair package arrives, that is damaged or with evident signs of tampering, it is necessary to point it out to the courier who delivers the package and sign the transport document adding the word “with reserve”. This will allow you to protect yourself in case of any type of anomaly found after the opening of the package (damaged or missing products). In this case it will be necessary to report the incident by e-mail to the local courier office and, for information, to our Customer Service (support@logosmilano.com).

 

  • If a product other than the one ordered in our online shop is sent to the user, Logos s.a.s. will replace the product incorrectly sent with the correct one. The customer must contact us promptly by e-mail to support@logosmilano.com or by telephone, telling us what happened. Our employees will give you the necessary instructions to proceed with the practice of replacing and returning the wrong goods.

 

  • In the event that the requested product is no longer available, we will proceed to credit the amount paid or send a product of equal value to the one ordered.

 SHIPPING FEES

The delivery of goods can be made through Poste Italiane or through our trusted courier, both for Italy and abroad.

Shipping costs are calculated in the final phase of the order based on the country of destination of the goods.

 

For Italy (including the islands)

 

• Shipping costs for orders over € 100,00 are free.

• The shipping costs for orders of less than € 100.00 are fixed contribution and amount to € 5,00.

Logos s.a.s. reserves the right to change shipping costs, subject to prior notice to the customer, for parcels weighing more than 2 kilograms.

 

For Europe

 

  • Shipping costs may vary from € 12,00 to 18,00. Any additional costs for Import taxes, Customs operations (for extra European Community Countries) or others, will be charged to the customer. Logos s.a.s. reserves the right to change shipping costs, subject to prior notice to the customer, for parcels weighing more than 2 kilograms.

 

For the Countries of America, Asia, Africa and Oceania

 

  • Shipping costs may vary from € 18,00 to 39,00. Any additional costs for Import taxes, Customs operations, or others, will be charged to the customer. Logos s.a.s. reserves the right to change shipping costs, subject to prior notice to the customer, for parcels weighing more than 1,5 kilogram.

 

 

 REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS

 

The right of withdrawal is regulated in accordance with the law (Italian Legislative Decree number 185 of May 22, 1999).

The customer-consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating in the order form a reference VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

 

  • Customers of Logosmilano.com have the right to return or replace the purchased products without specifying the reason within a period of 30 days from receipt of goods.

 

  • To start the return or replacement procedure it is necessary to fill in the appropriate form.

 

  • Partial return or replacement of an order is possible simply by reporting only the items that are actually intended to be returned or replaced.

 

  • The customer must send us the items he wants to replace or return at his own expense (read below about conditions). The shipping costs for sending back to the customer the replaced goods, plus any Customs fees, will be charged to the customer and will be calculated on the actual weight of the parcel and the delivery place, but Logosmilano.com will issue in favour of the customer, as a lump sum refund (total or partial) of these expenses, a discount coupon usable for future purchases within 6 months (valid for one order, with a maximum of 3 products).

 

  • For return requests, after receiving back the returned items, Logosmilano.com will refund the customer the amount for the goods actually returned. Shipping costs won’t be refunded in any case. The money refund will be made by PayPal or bank transfer (only EU account) to the account provided by the customer in the return/replacement form.

 

  • The purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (eventual packaging of the product, labels and accessory equipment). We therefore invite you to try the product without cutting the tags, because we will not accept returned items that are not in the same condition in which they were received. In any case, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly onto the original packaging of the product should be avoided.

 

  • The shipment, until confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.

 

  • Logos s.a.s. not responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

 

LIMITATIONS

 

  • The return request can not be made for purchases made using a VAT number. However, replacement with a product of equal value is possible.

 

  • The right of withdrawal (either returned or substituted) can not be exercised on customised products even if only minimally and/or expressly realised upon specific request by the customer, which would result in a proven non-sale of the product.

 

  • The goods must be delivered at the care and expense of the customer intact, then unimpaired and stored in its original packaging, presenting a suitable external packaging to prevent damage during transport. In the event that the goods show signs of damage (including washing with water or dry, stains of dirt, make-up, dust, etc., cuts or scuffing not due to manufacturing defects) or without original tags and labels, the procedure of refund or replacement will not be activated.
