How to buy

How can I place an order online?

Ordering from this site is easy:

  • Find the products you are interested in using the menus or keyword search (magnifying glass icon).
  • Choose size and color and add the product to your cart (if you want to buy it) or to your wishlist (if you want to buy it or view it later).
  • Access the shopping cart (shopping bag icon) to check the total amount, change your selection, use any promotional codes.
  • Proceed to checkout by entering your contact information, shipping address, and any notes.
  • Then select your shipping method (if multiple options are available) and payment method.

At this point, finalize your order by clicking the “Place Order” button and you’re done!

You will then receive an automatically generated order confirmation email and a second email from our Customer Service team. Remember to also check your Inbox/Spam box.

Can I change or cancel my order online?

Not really.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled by the customer. However, you can do so by emailing us at sales@logosmilano.com before you receive notification from us that your order has been shipped.

Are the products on the site always immediately available?

For sustainability purposes, we prefer to keep limited quantities of items in stock at all times. Therefore, it may happen that a product in a particular size or color is no longer in stock, but it will still be available for purchase on the site.

As soon as we receive an order, we will send you an email with details of the actual availability of the products you have purchased and any waiting time if they are not available immediately.

To find out in advance if a product is available, please email us with the product name, color and size you would like. We will get back to you as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to offer you an alternative product that is available immediately.

Can I order from a non-European country? Will I have to pay Customs fees?

Yes, you can order from most countries outside of Europe.

We ship from Italy, so if you order from a country that is not part of the European Union (EU27), you may be subject to import duties and taxes based on your country’s laws.

Our courier is responsible for clearing your package through customs, so they will contact you at the contact information you provided during checkout. We suggest you to be careful when entering them and always check your SPAM folder as well.

I did not receive the order confirmation by email. What should I do?

Notifications about your order will be sent to the email address you used to complete your order. If you are not receiving notifications, you may have accidentally entered the wrong email address. Or our email may have ended up in your spam folder. So please check and contact us.

Can I make a gift?

Yes!

If you would like to add free gift wrap to your order, just write it in the “Comments” field on the checkout page. We will then send you our elegant shopper, which you simply close with a ribbon of your choice.

Alternatively, you can purchase a Gift Card to give as a gift, which will be emailed to the address you specify. You can choose from the different amounts available in the dedicated section of the website.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the most common electronic payment methods, both nationally and internationally.

The list of payment methods changes depending on your Country of residence and/or the device you use to access logosmilano.com.

We are committed to ensuring the security of customer data by taking various measures that comply with the applicable requirements of the Payment Data Protection Standard.

Shipping

Orders are packaged and shipped as soon as possible after the order is received, depending on product availability.

The cost of shipping varies according to the Country of destination and is a flat rate.

For Italy and most European and non-European countries we use DHL carrier with Express service and “On demand delivery” service.

Orders over 2 kg may incur additional shipping costs, you will be contacted before shipping if an additional cost is required.

How much is the shipping cost to ITALY?

For Italy the shipping cost is FREE for orders over 100 €, below that amount the cost is 5 €.

Express service provides delivery in 24/48 hours (islands and remote locations may take longer).

How much is the shipping cost to EUROPE?
  • The shipping cost is 12 € for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

Express service provides delivery in 1-3 business days.

  • The shipping cost is 18 € for European countries not listed in the previous paragraph (for example: Finland, Norway, UK, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, etc…).

How can I check the status of my shipment?

The moment your order is delivered to the courier, you will receive an email and/or text message directly from our courier with a link to check the path of your package from pickup to delivery.
If you have not received the shipping confirmation email, please check your junk mail (SPAM).

If you have not received any communication from the courier after 24/48 hours, please contact us by email at sales@logomilano.com.

Return or replacement

Can I replace or return a product? How?

Yes.

Products purchased from the Logos website may be returned for a refund or exchange with an equivalent product within 21 days.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Within 21 days of receiving your order, send an email to sales@logosmilano.com indicating your desire to return or exchange a product. Include the order number and part number of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. In the case of an exchange, indicate what you would like to receive as a replacement (different size or color, etc.). Then wait for our confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Once you have received our email, you can send the product(s) well packaged and protected, reusing the box in which it arrived. We strongly recommend that you do this by registered mail or courier as you will be responsible for the proper return of the product. Shipping cost will be at your charge, but you’ll receive a lump sum refund via discount code.
  3. When we receive the item, we’ll check its condition (please read the following FAQ about limitations to the returns) and if it is a return, we will issue a refund using the same method of payment (where possible). In the case of an exchange, we will proceed to ship the products in replacement.
Are returns free? How can I avoid returns?

Sorry, the return is not free.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the products to us, but we’ll compensate them through a discount code you’ll receive.

Ours is a small company and unfortunately we cannot cover all the costs to offer you the free return.

Returning a product incurs costs and has a greater impact on the environment, as the same product is transported back and forth causing more pollution. In addition, there is always the risk of the product being lost or damaged in transit.

That’s why we want to raise awareness among our customers and make sure there are as few returns as possible.

Here’s what you can do to minimize the chance of a return:

  • Choose your size carefully. We try to make choosing a size as easy as possible: please refer to our size guide page or email our customer service for advice.

 

  • Before you buy a new garment, make sure you read the full description, know what fabric it is made of and how to care for it. You can find all the information directly on the product page. If you have any doubts about the pattern or fit, contact our customer service department by email.

 

  • When you complete your order, always read the order confirmation that is automatically emailed to you. Sometimes inadvertent mistakes happen, especially if you order from your mobile phone. If you find any errors in the size or quantity ordered, please contact us immediately to correct the order before it is processed.

 

  • If you still need to return one or more products to us, please reuse the box they came in and send them by registered mail or courier so that the package is always traceable. We will reimburse you for the cost of this shipping via a discount code that you can use on a future order on our site.
Are there any restrictions on product returns or exchanges?

Yes.

Products purchased through the Logos website may be returned for a refund or exchange for an equivalent product under these conditions:

  • The request for return or exchange must be made within 21 days from the date of receipt of the package. For orders placed during the Christmas period, the time limit may be longer;
  • Products must not have been purchased on sale or end-of-series;
  • Have not been worn (except to try on) or washed;
  • Have all tags attached and be returned in the original packaging;
  • Must be undamaged, odor-free and in the same condition as when you received them so that they are suitable for resale.

If products received do not meet these requirements, refunds may be denied or may be partial.

What should I do if I receive a defective product or have a complaint?

We try to pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products, but if by chance the product you received has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately by email and send us photos where the defect is visible. We will find the best way to remedy the situation.

Customizations

Did you know that you can customize most of our models for a small additional charge?

Customization can include a change in color or type of fabric, but not a change of the model itself. Exceptions are some minor changes, e.g. a long sleeved shirt can be requested with short sleeves, etc.

How can I request a customization?

The request for customization should be sent via email, specifying the model you wish to modify, the size, and the type of modification required. If necessary, attach an explanatory drawing.

The production time for a customized garment is approximately 2 weeks and the additional cost is 15 € (on top of the price of the standard garment). There may be variations in cost and production time. These will still be communicated in advance.

For any other requests, please contact us via email and we will assess the feasibility and cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom or made-to-order garments are non-returnable.

I can't find my size or I want to request a custom size, how do I do that?

Our models are generally available from size 1 (8 years old) to adult size M.

Only a few of our models are also available in a smaller size: size 0 (6 years old) or adult size L.

However, these two standard sizes can be made to order at no additional cost, and the production time is generally 2 weeks.

To order, select the product in the size closest to your desired size and put it in the shopping cart. On the checkout page, write the size you want in the “notes” field. Proceed to checkout and wait for our confirmation email with all the information.

If you would like to order a garment with a custom or non-standard size, there is an additional cost of €15. To order, write us an email with your measurements (as in the image below) and the pattern you want. We will let you know the feasibility and production time.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom or made-to-measure garments cannot be returned.

 

Promo codes and gift cards

How to use promo codes?

Promo codes allow you to get an immediate discount on your purchases at logosmilano.com.

To take advantage of the promotion, select the products you wish to purchase, access the shopping cart and enter the code in the empty field inside the “Promo Code” box. Then press “Apply”.

If the code is entered correctly, the amount and/or contents of the cart will be updated according to the promotion applied.

Remember that the code:

  • is valid for a limited time;
  • May only be applied to a selection of products;
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or offers that can be activated with another code;
  • Cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
What should I do if the promo code doesn't work?

All promo codes have precise rules of use, such as: validity period, non-cumulation with other promo codes, type of products purchased or minimum order amount.

If the code has expired, you can no longer use it. If it turns out to be invalid, make sure the order meets all the criteria for the promotion’s validity. If the problem persists, make sure you are entering the characters correctly. For example: be careful not to confuse the numbers 0/1 with the letters O/I and vice versa; make sure you are using upper and lower case correctly (check that ‘Caps Lock’ is not active).

What is the Logos Gift Card?

The Logos Gift Card is a scaleable pre-paid gift voucher, available in various amounts, that can be used for online purchases from our site.

If you’re shopping for someone but don’t know what to get as a present, this is the perfect solution. You can purchase the Gift Card in the amount of your choice and send it directly to the gift receiver.

The Gift Card is not a physical item, but will be sent via email with instructions on how to use it.

It can also be purchased together with other products, in which case two separate emails will be sent: one for the products purchased and one for the Gift Card.

Logos for the Environment

Logos is particularly committed to environmental sustainability, which is why we carefully select sustainable raw materials and suppliers who are actively working to reduce their environmental impact.

  • We offset the CO2 emitted by almost all of our shipments,
  • we use an increasing percentage of recycled fabrics (read more in our Fabrics section),
  • we limit and efficiently transport our products from laboratories,

and we want to encourage our customers to think about and join us in our efforts to protect the environment.

Our garments are made with love and we want them to arrive at their destination without spoiling during the journey, which may be by truck or air. That is why we carefully pack them in sturdy boxes and protect them from wetness and dust with plastic sheeting. However, we have chosen packaging made from recycled and recyclable materials, with a reusable design, so that customers can reuse them and give them a new life.

Our boxes are made primarily from recycled paper and are 100% recyclable. They can be assembled and disassembled without tape, are resealable and can be reused for returns or as a container for any of your needs.

The plastic bags that hold individual items also open and close tightly with a convenient zipper. You can reuse them for makeup or liquid bottles, for example, so they don’t stain your trousse or spill into your bag. Or you can use it to store wet blade dryers so they don’t soak the rest of your backpack. When you want to throw them away, they will be completely recycled in the plastic collection.

Fabrics

We choose only the best materials for the production of our garments.

All the fabrics we select are made in Italy, are certified and have all the essential characteristics to create an excellent product for sports use:

  • They are bi-elastic (i.e. they stretch both in length and in width),
  • Durable,
  • Keep their shape,
  • Breathable,
  • Do not retain moisture,
  • Dry quickly,
  • Comfortable when you move,
  • Soft to the skin.

THERMAL FABRIC (250 gr/sqm)

Technical fabric subjected to a high gauzing process that increases its thermal insulation properties, creating a protective pad capable of ensuring good thermal insulation.

Excellent breathability and bacteriostatic treatment promote the natural evaporation of sweat, preventing the proliferation of odor-causing bacteria.

It is a unique blend of muscle compression and comfort.

 

 

BRUSHED FABRIC (190 gr/sqm)

Technical fabric subjected to a light gauzing process that creates a “peach hand” effect, which is extremely soft to the touch, giving a warm feeling when in contact with the skin.

Excellent breathability promotes the natural evaporation of sweat, preventing the proliferation of odor-causing bacteria

It fits like a second skin, gently accompanying every athletic gesture.

 

 

PLAIN THECNICAL FABRIC (160 gr/sqm)

Eco-sustainable techno-fabric made from ECONYL® regenerated nylon yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon from post-consumer waste.

The resulting fabric is versatile, very durable, thin, elegant, stretchy, soft and breathable. It provides light muscle compression and adapts like a second skin to the athlete’s every movement.

 

 

MICRO MESH (65 gr/sqm)

Bi-elastic micro mesh with high technical characteristics and strong fashion potential.

Extremely light, breathable and comfortable fabric, perfectly follows the body movements ensuring a perfect fit.

Garment care

Our garments are made from high quality technical fabrics, however it is good to follow the directions below to avoid deterioration and to keep them like new as long as possible.

  • Hand washing > in cold or lukewarm water, use mild detergents, avoid prolonged soaking, wring gently.
  • Machine wash > use the ” handwash/delicates” program, in cold or max 30 degree water.
  • Do not wash together with other garments that may release color.
  • Do not bleach or use a dryer.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
  • Do not iron

Warnings:

Our fabrics are pilling resistant, however, repeated rubbing on rough surfaces or Velcro can leave marks on the fabric and cause “pellets” to form. This type of damage cannot be imputed to the quality of the fabric.

Sequined or glitter fabrics are sensitive to high temperatures and can lose their shine if rubbed repeatedly or if they come into contact with heat sources.

For garments with crystal appliqués, prints or other decorations pay special attention: use only cold water, do not scrub or tumble dry, but towel dry to remove most of the water.

We made these garments with love, take care of them yourself!
